Hydrojug prepares and fulfills orders within 2-3 business days. During peak times such as major sales events and new product launches, please expect processing to take between 5-10 business days.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second notification with tracking details will be sent once your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Duration

After processing, standard shipping generally requires 3-7 business days for delivery. Actual delivery times can vary depending on your location and any carrier delays.

We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your Hydrojug order. Once shipped, control over transit rests with the carrier.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Threshold

Hydrojug offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $54.99. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee is applied, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

After your Hydrojug order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

Address Accuracy and Returned Orders

Before finalizing your order, please verify the shipping address carefully. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Missing Deliveries

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first search thoroughly around your property. Packages are sometimes left in less obvious places. For apartment dwellers, check with your leasing office or mailroom.
